I just finished up summer school a couple of days ago. I admittedly stress ate, bleh. I checked my wight this morning, and the damage isn’t too bad. However, I best not get lax about this. Also, as an added motivation, I read that I should strengthen my butt to help out my runner’s knee, so I’ll be starting to implement some butt exercises.
